Our company was formed on the values of two Saskatchewan entrepreneurs who have been building and marketing new homes for over 15 years. 

Wolferidge as a builder is unique in that we can take you from Step A to Z in building the house you've always wanted without the experience becoming a full time job for you.  We pride ourselves on "thinking outside the box" when it comes to the products that we use and the creativity in our custom floor plans.  We listen to our clients and take their wishlist and incorporate it in design.

We offer high end finishing for a reasonable price.  Floor plans you can customize and a draftsperson on staff to design the house of your dreams.  We have homes to fit every budget without compromising the "meat and potatoes" of the home.
